Through a full remodel and complete transformation we designed + built an industrial, innovative, modern, eclectic, and multigenerational influenced HQ for Qualtrics. We created spaces within spaces by utilizing space in all directions - vertically and horizontally. We cautiously challenged vertical limits to create additional stacked use spaces and expanded their usable floor space within the existing footprint. The redesigned building is geared to facilitate growth and expansion within the company in a seamless manner. There is plenty of room to grow. An impactful team vibe was created through the entry basketball court, breakfast cafe, floating swag room, and a kid's daycare area.
